Policies and Procuhure   

All students must complete registration and submit the required deposit to secure enrollment. Enrollment is confirmed only after all required forms and payments are received. Space is limited and enrollment is accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

Open communication between parents and staff is encouraged. Updates regarding student progress and program information will be shared regularly. Parents are encouraged to reach out with any questions or concerns.

Knowledge Nation Learning Academy™ is committed to maintaining a safe learning environment. Parents/guardians are responsible for informing staff of any medical conditions or special needs. The academy is not responsible for personal items brought to the facility.

By enrolling in Knowledge Nation Learning Academy™, parents and students agree to abide by all policies and procedures outlined above.

A minimum of 24-hour notice is required for cancellations. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in the loss of that session. Repeated late cancellations may impact continued enrollment.

Students are expected to demonstrate respectful and appropriate behavior at all times. Disruptive behavior may result in a conference with parents/guardians and may impact continued participation in the program.

Payments are due in advance of services. Monthly payments must be submitted on time to maintain enrollment. Accepted payment methods will be provided during registration.

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to secure enrollment and will be applied toward the student’s program.

Regular attendance is expected to ensure student progress and success. Students should arrive on time for all scheduled sessions. Excessive absences may affect a student’s progress in the program.

Make-up sessions may be scheduled based on availability and must be requested in advance. Missed sessions without prior notice may not be eligible for rescheduling.
